Нормативно-правове регулювання галузі фізична культура і спорт: аналіз дослідницького поля

У статті розглядаються особливості дослідження питань регулювання правовідносин у фізичній культурі і спорті та етапі становлення спортивного права як галузі законодавства. Фізична культура і спорт як об’єкт наукового дослідження привертає увагу дослідників різних галузей, зокрема і правознавців, які активно вивчають феномен спортивного права, намагаючись удосконалити вітчизняне законодавство у цьому напрямі та привести його у відповідність до міжнародного. Тривало та широко науковцями та практиками дискутуються різні аспекти правовідносин у фізкультурно-спортивній галузі: виокремлення і становлення спортивного права; концепція спортивного права; джерела права; цивільні, адміністративні і трудові відносини у спорті тощо. Наразі очевидним є те, що у регулювання правовідносин у фізичній культурі і спорті мають місце проблемні питання пов’язані як з прогалинами, так і з суперечностями, які потребують правового забезпечення й чіткого впорядкування, постійних доповнень, удосконалення, а іноді й кардинальних змін
