Сенсорна інтеграція та сенсорно-адаптоване середовище: залученість дітей з розладами аутистичного спектру до дошкільної освіти

Анотація

Метою дослідження було порівняння сенсорної інтеграційної терапії та сенсорно-адаптованої модифікації освітнього середовища як підходів до підвищення участі дітей з розладами аутистичного спектру в дошкільній освіті. Дослідження виконано як теоретико-аналітичне опрацювання наукових, професійних, міжнародних і нормативно-освітніх джерел із подальшим зіставленням двох підходів за їхнім впливом на функціональну участь, адаптивну поведінку й освітню залученість дитини. Встановлено, що участь дитини з розладами аутистичного спектру в дошкільній освіті не може ототожнюватися з формальною присутністю у групі, оскільки вона передбачає реальне включення в освітні, ігрові, комунікативні й побутові активності. Визначено, що сенсорні труднощі набувають педагогічного значення тоді, коли впливають на саморегуляцію, поведінкову стабільність, контакт із педагогом і однолітками, здатність реагувати на інструкції та підтримувати участь у групових ситуаціях. Показано, що сенсорна інтеграційна терапія діє переважно на індивідуальному рівні, формуючи передумови для сенсорної регуляції, адаптивної відповіді, праксису й організації поведінки. Сенсорно-адаптована модифікація освітнього середовища діє на рівні освітньої ситуації: зменшує сенсорні бар’єри, підвищує передбачуваність режиму, структурованість простору, доступність інструкцій і гнучкість способів участі. Встановлено, що ці підходи не є взаємозамінними: перший формує внутрішні передумови участі, другий забезпечує доступність самої дошкільної активності. Сформовано модель сенсорно-адаптованого дошкільного середовища, що охоплює визначення сенсорних потреб дитини, аналіз фізичного й організаційного середовища, добір педагогічних і середовищних адаптацій, оцінювання участі дитини в щоденних активностях. Практична значущість результатів полягає в можливості використання запропонованої моделі для організації інклюзивного дошкільного середовища, у якому підтримка дитини з розладами аутистичного спектру спрямовується на розширення функціональної участі, адаптивної поведінки й освітньої залученості, а не лише на зменшення окремих поведінкових труднощів
