Анотація
У статті розглянуто інноваційний досвід реформування фізкультурної освітньої галузі в Сполучених Штатах Америки у руслі суголосності з ідеями вітчизняної реформи «Нова українська школа». Мета статті – на основі вивчення нормативних актів та наукової літератури здійснити аналіз сучасних програм організації рекреаційно-оздоровчої та спортивно-масової урочної і позаурочної діяльності в Сполучених Штатах Америки та визначити перспективи подальшої імпле- ментації їх у практику української системи шкільної фізичної культури. Аналіз прогресивного зарубіжного досвіду, зокрема інноваційних програм «Активні школи», «Одна школа, одна громада, одна дитина», «Програма комплексної шкільної фізичної активності», що на загальнодержавному рівні реалізуються в закладах загальної середньої освіти США, спрямовані на реалізацію глобальної стратегії підвищення рівня фізичної активності школярів, формування фізично здорового, емоційно стійкого та гармонійно розвинутого покоління, яке має розу- міти важливість активного способу життя, здорового харчування та прагнути са- мовдосконалення. Нами з’ясовано, що окреслені інноваційні моделі розвитку шкільної фізичної культури в США є перспективним для використання в Україні. Співзвучними визначаємо ідеї: посилення освітнього акценту навчальної дисципліни, що підвищує її статусність як чинника підвищення академічної успішності та соціалізації школярів; посилення вимог до професійної, зокрема, організаційно-методичної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури; консолідації школи і громади, педагогів та батьків, а також залучення фахівців (психологів, лікарів, дієтологів, фітнестренерів тощо) з метою формування культури здоров’я, підвищення рівня фізичної підготовленості учнівської молоді; оздоровче спрямування урочної та позаурочної форм фізичної активності, популяризацію нових її видів; розвиток інфраструктури закладів загальної середньої освіти, їх інклюзивності та безбар’єрності для занять рекреаційною та спортивно-масовою фізичною культурою різних категорій населення
