Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of vita genes professional experience formation in future teachers of preschool educational institutions. In the era of the digitalization of society, it is crucial to form a rich professional experience for acquiring professional competencies. The authors have outlined the relevance of vita genes experience in general and professional experience in particular. It is assumed that synthesizing life experience with professional experience allows you to appropriate any information, make it personally oriented to life and professional circumstances, and then update it from long-term memory reserves in adequate production situations. The authors have defined the essence of the category “vita genes professional experience” of a future kindergarten teacher as an integral characteristic of individual psychological properties (abilities) and professional competencies that are easily actualized in production situations and do not require additional heavy efforts in solving pedagogical tasks. The article characterizes modern pedagogical means of forming future kindergarten teachers' vita genes professional experience in the conditions of a higher educational institution. The authors have singled out the ways of forming the vita genes professional experience of future educators of preschool educational institutions, namely: various types of students’ practical activities throughout the entire period of study (various educational and production vectors), the design of a vita genes educational dimension in PEI for students majoring in the specialty 012 Preschool education (creation in PEI of “Educational-Scientific Laboratory of the Department of Preschool Education”), practical teaching methods (modeling of various types of activities, didactic role-playing games, development of didactic tools for preschool children in a number of educational areas of the Basic component of preschool education (lapbooks, sensory books, scrapbooking, flyers, posters, book trailers, work trailers), compiling lesson notes and game descriptions, etc.)
