Preparation of future teachers for the design and implementation of a safe educational environment for participants in the educational process

Abstract

The article considers the ways to raise awareness of future teachers on the issues of safe behaviour of participants in the educational process in educational institutions and their ability to predict and choose adequate ways of action in case of emergency. It is established that the analysis of regulatory legal acts allows future teachers to plan activities for the implementation of quality education, prevention and timely adjustment of educational activities in case of emergencies. It is substantiated that the subject matter of training classes in professionally oriented disciplines (lectures, practical, individual, seminars and consultations) should include students' mastery of knowledge of emotional, psychophysiological, spiritual and moral health of participants in the educational process. The necessity of forming interpersonal feelings towards students in future teachers in combination with the acquisition of the ability to fulfil the regulatory requirements for their own professional and pedagogical activities is actualised.   It is recommended that when preparing future teachers to create a safe educational environment in classes in professionally oriented disciplines, to consider the issue of mastering stressful tactics of pedagogical influence on the child's health, ways to create psycho-emotional comfort of students in learning, prevention of neuroses, peculiarities of communication with children with neuropsychiatric disorders, overcoming child's anxiety, tactics of psychological and pedagogical support, methods and techniques of psychological and pedagogical correction of the states of participants in educational andTraining future teachers to organise safe life of students in educational institutions is associated with the creation of a motivational and innovative educational environment by acquiring knowledge on the formation of safe behaviour of students through pedagogical innovations (small group work, work in pairs, etc.) and intensification of students' knowledge accumulation
